Redesigned the Missionary Portal for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and aligned it with their Global Visual Style Guide. Focused the user experience and content strategy to better serve the needs of its primary users: missionaries and their families, MTC medical staff, and mission presidents.
- Created a new experience for missionary immunizations. Provided a way to have more accurate data input from missionaries and their families which enables worldwide MTC medical staff to have confidence in and use the tools provided to them to review and administer needed immunizations prior to missionaries leaving for their worldwide assignments.
- Created a new admin experience for maintaining the worldwide immunization requirements.

Seminary Registration Form v2: Designed a simple, user-focused, multi-lingual, online responsive solution for parents to register their students for Seminary. Replaced a manual, time-intensive paper process. Our guiding principles were to enable registration to be completed in less than 1 minute on a mobile device.
- Registered 75% of the 120,000 targeted students within 6 weeks.
- Within 9 months, 250% of targeted students were registered (over 300,000 students which represented more than 75% of all eligible students worldwide.)
