Ty is one of the most passionate UX designers I’ve met and worked with. His enthusiasm for learning and creating great products is contagious. I always wanted to be better and learn more when I was around him. He has tons of experience and has built products for all types of form factors. He has the ability to strike the perfect balance between following best practices and thinking outside the box. He has years of experience in all the standard tools but is always ready to try something new. When we worked together, he was a great source of knowledge and always knew how to collaborate to get to the best solution. He iterates quickly and involves users as much as possible. Everything he does is top-notch. I loved working with Ty and I think he will continue to raise the bar in defining what makes a great UX Designer.
