8 Reasons I like Netflix (even more.)

I was visiting Bill Scott’s blog (you know, organizer of Yahoo’s Design Patterns Library) and now newly employed over at Netflix. He mentioned they’re hiring and for kicks I visited their site. They give 8 great reasons to work at Netflix as part of their recruitment spiel.

When a company touts these benefits, and expects so much from their employees (and consistently gets it, if their website can say as much) while enpowering them, one must look inwardly to see where they stand.

Cudos to Netflix for walking the walk, and congrats to Bill, whom I had a chance to meet earlier this month — super nice guy, for landing at such a great company. (BTW Bill, when you gonna make it so I can watch movies on my Mac?)

    Yep, all of us want it on the Mac. Its a DRM issue. We have to have a reliable solution available to us that solves it for PC & Mac and is good for the studios as well.
